How To Deal With Anxiety Naturally?
Unless you’ve actually had a panic/anxiety attack, then they are hard to explain and put into words. Imagine your biggest fear, your scariest moment, and then make it last for at least ten minutes. Give yourself tunnel vision. Increase your heart rate, your breathing. Lose control. Imagine you are going to die.
Now imagine that there is no threat against you whatsoever and yet you still had this reaction. People will tell you to just “Snap out of it” or “Close your eyes and just calm your breathing down” but they don’t really get it. You can’t just snap out of it, or simply slow your breathing down. And unless you 100% completely understand why and how your panic attacks happen, and then you will won’t ever be able to live a life free of them. Speaking from experience, I’ve tried it all, and the one fact that has remained all these years, is knowledge is power.
What I am to tell you is what I’ve found to have worked. I struggled for years and I never had any sort of “guide” so this information I’m about to tell you is critical and valuable. Let me start by telling you a bit about myself. My name’s Haris. I’m not a writer of any real sort, but I felt that this was important enough to put down into ink. I suffered from an Anxiety Disorder, specifically Panic Attacks for years.
I have a very very slight chemical imbalance, which probably contributed to my Panic Attacks in the first place, but also unfortunately puts me at risk for future ones as well. I suffered panic attacks as a child, but since I was a child, I thought they were totally normal to experience! Finally, when I was in my mid 20’s I cracked. I suffered a nervous breakdown. Really it wasn’t that I was breaking, it just became apparent that I really needed help.
Panic Attacks: What are they?
I feel it’s important to know exactly what a panic attack is. Often times, it’s very hard to communicate what one is, so I feel it’s more effective to show you, rather than tell you. Your brain is an incredible piece of human machinery. And from what I’ve found, the best way to manage your Panic Attacks is to change how your brain works and how you think about panic attacks.
Treating Your Panic Attacks with Medication
Let’s take a look at your medication. Most likely it’s a type of antidepressant. This is good. Antianxiety medication works in two ways. First, the medicine will probably reduce the amount of panic attacks you will have along with the severity of them.Second, you will be helping yourself become more knowledgeable in fighting your anxiety disorder. Make sure you take your medicine! There is a lot of misleading and in general, plain wrong information regarding antidepressants. No, they will not make you crazy. No, there is a not wacky side effect. If you’re doctor prescribed it, you will probably be okay!
Take Your Knowledge and Use it to Recover
There are a lot of people who claim they know how to fix your Panic Attacks. Truth is, they don’t. They just want something out of you. Ignore them. After suffering from Panic Attacks, I studied, studied and studied until the point where I was armed with every case study, every scenario and every what if I could come across. From an observant participant by suffering from Panic Attacks, I became a bit of an expert. So I looked into writing a guide on how to beat it…funny thing was, was that I found my guide, Panic Away. And it had already been written to help people! The book has the easiest to read, thoughtful instructions I could possibly find. It was essentially everything I’ve learned from Panic Attacks condensed into bite sized pieces for people to process.
Away on his Panic Attack Program Barry Mcdonagh, whom wrote the book, looks at factors of Panic Attacks. He finds linkages and explains everything in a simply, no nonsense, easy to read fashion. He looks into every fear, practically every scenario and most importantly, teaches you how to deal with each and every episode. Joe essentially did what I was looking to do: Take every bit of information that I learned, and turn it into a book so people can be helped immediately! He uses real life case studies, not a Joe the builder made up character who happens to have these perfect symptoms that can be easily diagnosed. No, he takes real life and breaks down the panic attacks and shows YOU how to beat them. Read the book. Follow the program. Beat your Panic Attacks. His book has helped so many people, 42,000 to be exact, that you really shouldn’t wait any longer to help cure yourself. Save yourself.
